The total commercial area is estimated to be about 20,000 square metres. The development will also include rooftop gardens and balconies. Its completion is expected to be in 2018.

Moreover, the nature trail at Jalan Anak Bukit Nature Park is also close to the development. The Far East Organization manages this project, which combines the convenience of family living with the prestige of a central location. In addition to its ideal location, this development is also close to beauty world and BTU stations.
